I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were great too provide really good service. They helped me schedule a tour to the Great Wall and even assisted me in finding a laptop repair shop. I was impressed by Peter, one of the staff members, who took the time to suggest multiple repair locations, hailed a taxi for me, and even gave me his contact number to assist with translation. The service here was excellent.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient, with two underground stations nearby, as well as a bus stop within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The staff is generally pleasant and helpful. In terms of breakfast, there are good options available. The hotel also offers free broadband access for guests.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.

His name was Jackie and he were really nice too ensure that guests like me felt welcomed and well taken care of. Despite the language barrier, Jackie made a sincere effort to guide me through my stay and assist with any questions or concerns I had. His positivity and willingness to help made a difference in my experience at the hotel. The room itself was clean, had a beautiful view, and provided all the necessary amenities one would expect in a non-five-star hotel. Plus, the hotel's location near various food joints was a definite plus. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the room's carpet not appearing completely clean and the breakfast being a little expensive, I would still highly recommend Beijing Broadcasting Tower Hotel. the attentive and enthusiastic service from Jackie and the hotel's reasonable price and location make it a great choice for any traveler.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was superb with easy access to public transport, including two underground stations and a bus stop nearby. This made exploring the area a breeze and saved me a lot of time. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were always available to assist with any queries or recommendations.
